 Step 1 Align valve stops with center of combustion chambers.



Step 2 Set head down over valve stops and clamp head to fixture.

 

             Step 3 Place all lifters into parts tray so they stay in order for 
                       proper reassembly.  This will eliminate the need to readjust         
                       the valves



Step 4 Remove springs and keepers by pushing down with the magnetic removal end of valve tool.

 


Step 5 Remove the old valve seals with valve seal pliers.



Step 6 Coat new seals with engine oil. Place on the magnet and push down firmly
          with valve tool seating the seal on the top of the valve guide.

 

                      Step 7  Place all the springs, retainers and keepers back in their original positions.
                                    Turn the valve tool around to the installation end and with a quick push install the keepers.
